Nature Connected Guided Sessions 1:1
My intention with clients is to meet you where you are, with what will serve you best in your healing and growth.
Our work together will be client-led and a creative, organic, collaborative process.
60-90 minute (depending if on the land or indoors or online) sessions in collaboration with nature and focusing on current and relevant issues for your healing, integration and growth. We’ll work together to set intentions and craft a map of our journey together. Sessions can happen weekly, bi-weekly, or on an as-needed basis.
In-person or online. Text and email support between sessions is included.
